Madame Web stars Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb, “a paramedic in Manhattan who develops the power to see the future…and realizes she can use this insight to change it. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forms a relationship with three young women destined for a powerful destiny… if they all manage to survive a deadly present.

Johnson later criticized the film, saying she would never do something like it again. “It was really an experience for me to make this film,“Johnson said.”I had never done anything like this before. I’ll probably never do something like this again, because I have no meaning in this world. And I know it now. But sometimes in this industry you sign up for something, and it’s one thing, and then as you create it, it becomes a completely different thing, and you’re like, “Wait, what?” But it was a real learning experience, and sure, it’s not nice to be part of something that’s being torn to shreds, but I can’t say I don’t understand.

Our own Chris Bumbray reviewed Madame Webwhich he described as “big mess.“It doesn’t seem like it’s going to be the franchise starter that Sony was no doubt hoping for, like the “terrible dialogue and cornball and dull pacing“Cursed what would have been one.”good little B-side to a superhero film.» You can check out the rest of Bumbray’s review here.

Would be Madame Web Was it better with Spider-Man? Well, it certainly couldn’t have been worse.
