Johnny Depp Undergoes Spectacular Makeover: ‘Cleaner Living’

Johnny Depp stepped out in the UK for the premiere of his latest film after undergoing a dramatic transformation.

THE Pirates of the Caribbeann star is known for her rock n’n roll look, which typically includes scruffy hair, vintage clothing and accessories, and black eyeliner.

However, the actor looked much more dapper and sleek in a fitted gray Dior suit as he arrived at the low-key screening of his film, Jeanne du Barryin London Monday evening.

Depp, who turns 61 in June, also appears to have recently lost a lot of weight – which his friends say is the result of a “cleaner” lifestyle.

“He was living in the UK while editing Modi (a film about Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani) and was leading a cleaner life than in the past,” a source told the Daily Mailin reference to Depp’s widely reported history of drug and alcohol abuse.

Early last year, Depp spoke about his quieter life in the southwest of England following his high-profile libel trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard.

In a feature for the Life in Somerset magazine, the actor showed off the land of his 850-acre estate in Somerset, which he purchased in 2014 for $23.9 million in 2014.

The stunning property includes a dairy farm as well as a 19th century-style mansion with 12 bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

“I love places that have character,” Depp said in the magazine’s April 2023 issue.

“I have several houses in different locations and they all mean something special. I don’t have them just to say I have them, I have them to use them and because they are a little special.

Depp also revealed that his new low-key lifestyle suited his “shy” personality.

“I like places that have character. The British are cool and will welcome you as if you were a neighbor – without overdoing it. I like to go places, see things and meet people, but I’m not the big extrovert people think,” he admitted.

“In truth, I’m a pretty shy person. It’s one of the great things about Britain, and particularly Somerset. I can just be me – and that’s okay.

“I can go into stores without being surrounded by people wanting selfies. It doesn’t bother me to a certain extent, but sometimes it gets a little too crowded.
